Check-In and Check-Out Time: Check in after 12:00 PM and Check out before 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and must be directed and reconfirmed with us.
Guest Policy: The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel, without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card, the identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport.
Guarantee Rules / Deposit Policy: Debit Card or Credit Card details are required at the time of booking. For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, accommodation is held vacant until the check-out time the day following arrival.
Exchange Rate: Rates confirmed in foreign currency may be converted to local currency by MK Greens Hospitality at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the Banks or Credit Card companies and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit Card / Debit Card charges are subject to additional currency conversion charges by Credit Card companies or Banks, which are not within the MK Greens Hospitality control and may impact the amount charged to your Credit Card or Debit Card. Rate / Reservation Validity: Please note that confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience and that we retain official records of reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the rate, or any other information is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled up to 3 days prior to check-in date. In case you decide to cancel a booking less than 72 hours prior to check-in date or do not show up at the property, charges for the first two nights or the complete booking amount, whichever is lower, shall be deducted.
Early Departures: When you check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. You may be able to change your departure date without a penalty if your rate plan permits and if you do so before the end of your arrival day. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged the early departure fee.
Children Policy: 1 child below 12 years per room stay is complimentary, children above 12 years are considered as an adult.
